21st Amendment Brewery will be making an exclusive appearance on Martha’s Vineyard for a night of Craft Beer and Culinary wonder. They are teaming up with Executive Chef Jimmy Alvarado at Isola Restaurant June 28th, 2018 for a 4 course paired Craft Beer culinary experience. A 21st Amendment Brewery representative & beer guru will be on location to present the brews and chat Craft Beer.
Each course of the Craft Beer Dinner will be created to pair flavors and notes of 21st Amendment Brewery’s fine craft brews – 4 courses, 4 brews. Tickets include: Dinner, Paired Beers & a Tasting Glass. Advance tickets recommended as seating is limited.

Yellow Fin Tuna Crudo – MV Seasalt, Pickled Pearl Onions, Whipped feta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Zest & Turkish Pepper

Executive Chef Jimmy Alvardo is a highly acclaimed fine dining chef with a passion for great food and great beer. As Executive Chef at Isola Restaurant, Edgartown ,MA he works with a style he likes to call ‘Progressive Italian’. He will be putting his culinary art to work in creating a paired dining experience with Four 21st Amendment Brewery beers to create a 4 Course Craft Beer culinary experience at Isola Restaurant on Thursday, June 28th, 2018 6:30pm
